Things might be a little more buggy or slower than usual during the first few hours back online. Your patience is appreciated!

Thank you for all the kindness and love we received during our downtime

Hi everyone,

We expect to welcome you all back tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct 27 (in the course of the day), unless testing turns up anything that needs more time. If so, we’ll let you know.

Good to know: your accounts and data are all safe. Premium members will be compensated for the days they’ve missed, and we’re also looking into compensation for all other players. You’ll find more information and answers to other questions in the FAQ in the news post once we are back up.

It’s been five days since we took Horse Reality offline as a precaution, and we know many of you are eager to get back to your horses. Our engineers have completed the necessary security updates, and the team is now testing to make sure everything works as expected.

Thank you for your patience and support while we work to bring Horse Reality back!

We’re continuing to work on the necessary PHP security updates and getting the game back up as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the game will remain unavailable for the next couple of days, at least. In the meantime, we'll continue our work, but also take breaks over the weekend to not burn ourselves out. We won't do more communication updates during the weekend, however, and will share a new update with you on Monday, Oct 26.

Thank you for your comments and patience during the situation, and apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you. We’ll be back as soon as we safely can!

Unfortunately, Horse Reality will remain unavailable for the rest of today. Our team is working hard to implement the necessary security updates as soon as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

We understand that you may have several questions about what happened to the game during this downtime. We’re preparing an FAQ post that will cover all the details once the game is back up.

We also want to reassure you that your accounts are not at risk during the maintenance. We’re also looking into compensating players for the premium days lost during the downtime. We’ll share more details on these matters in the FAQ.

We’ll share another update on this page tomorrow (October 23) around 12:00 CEST (Horse Reality time) to keep you informed. Thank you for your continued patience! ❤️

We've taken Horse Reality down temporarily. This is as a precaution after the recent discovery of security issues in PHP.

Behind the scenes, our engineers are working hard to get the necessary security updates in place as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don't expect Horse Reality to get back online today.

We'll share another update tomorrow (Oct 22), around 12:00 CEST/HR Time, to let you know how things are going.

Keep an eye on this page and our social media channels for the latest updates. Thank you for your patience! ❤️

We are having scheduled maintenance on Horse Reality. The game will be unavailable for the time being. Sadly, we don't have an estimate for when we'll return. We'll keep you posted the best we can.
